Established in 1986, by Donald Perryman, LS, Surveys Plus, Inc. has performed all sizes and types of land surveys in the Metro-Atlanta area and through out the State of Georgia. Boundary, topographic and ALTA/ACSM land title surveys are just one portion of our scope of work. Site plans for individual high end urban residences, residential subdivision design and commercial site plans are additional services offered. In the transportation sector Surveys Plus, Inc. has managed construction staking on over 160 state and local departments of transportation roadway projects.
